My top five Most inspiring books for marketing. What are yours?

1. Cashvertising by Drew Eric Whitman

I'm sure that a lot of experienced marketers share my opinion:to me it is Cashvertising. No need to explain, I think

2. 4 Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss

This is also good, but Cashvertising is my favorite. It was very hard to choose Cashvertising for the #1 because this book could also have been on the #1 spot.

3. All Marketers are Liars by Seth Godin

This is a great book to read. Entertain your potential client/customer in a great way: that is what this book teach you. The core of marketing.

4. The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz

It also helped me with how to deal with overwhelming information and to focus on important "to-do" list.

5. Experiential Marketing: A Practical Guide to Interactive Brand Experience by Shaz Smilansky

How to stand up among many marketers and understand branding as a very important part of your Internet marketing job.

These are be my top 5 books. What about yours? Can you recommend it, and write a couple of sentences about it?

First, thanks for the suggestions. I haven't read any of them, but now I will.

The most helpful books for me have not been "how to" but "who to". Who to be. I actually just did a video blog about this very thing. Empower Network - Not HOW to...WHO to!

So for me, the list is:
    1. Think and Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill
Details the attitudes and behaviors of the wealthiest people in the world
    2. The Law of Success - Napoleon Hill
Similar to Think and Grow Rich but in more detail
    3. Secrets of the Millionaire Mind - T. Harv Eker
Practical guide to shifting attitudes about money and life to those of the wealthy
    4. The Greatest Manifestation Principle in the World - Carnelian Sage
Reveals a key principle often overlooked in other teachings about the law of attraction
    5. Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki
Compares the advice of his "poor" worker bee dad with his "rich" entrepreneur/investor dad

The Key by Dr. Joe Vitale is a must have.

We keep hearing about being 'clear' on our desires. But being clear doesn't just mean knowing exactly what you want.

    Why?

Because all of us have mental blocks of energy lodged in our subconscious minds.

Most people hold them selves back because they don't clear these blocks that are stuck 'inside' of our minds.

It doesn't matter what book you read or how inspirational it can be, if you have mental blocks holding you back, you will be spinning your wheels.

    I think
Influence by Robert Cialdini is one of the best books on how to understand what makes people tick

2- Crush It! - Gary Vaynerchuk

The most memorable part of this book, besides his spot on business advice, is how Gary was born to be an entrepreneur. As a kid, he didn’t just set up a lemonade stand, he set up a lemonade business. He opened franchises on the block and the other kids paid him an override on all of their sales. After reading this book, we’re thinking the first time he saw his parents, he didn’t cry for the reason most newborns cry. Instead it was from happiness that comes from having a deep passion for life. In other words, he was born this way.

3-Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action - Simon Sinek

While we discussing Sinatra as an inspiration, with this song in particular...I would prefer this version if we are talking about inspiration for internet marketing
