- Don't Kill your dreams execute them

    Quotations are great for external motivation. But that is situational and temporary, sort of like situational or temporary confidence you would have at a job where you outrank others or receive a certain respect. If you are removed from this environment does your confidence stay or fade?

    Internal motivation comes from action. It comes from you, is a part of you, and will always be there.

    I think it's good to have both, internal motivation as your foundation and external motivation as extra fuel to keep working and building.
