My self proclaimed "University of Success.. on Wheels"

Audio programs are one of the most easiest ways to acquire knowledge and insight on just about any topic.

I created a special folder on my iPod strictly for audio success programs and when I'm driving in my car I attach the AUX outlet and click "Shuffle" on my iPod. I know what tracks I've put on my iPod but it's a nice surprise what comes next as it plays along.

Driving from Bakersfield to Los Angeles (over an hour drive) or sitting in LA traffic gives me the perfect time to just listen and soak up the words like a sponge.

I no longer call my vehicle a car, but my "University of Success on Wheels".

Thanks for reading,
- D.

I'm constantly listening to audios on selling, marketing and self development while jogging, driving etc

I believe this is what really sets us apart from the crowd.

    Cheers,

That's for sure. Charlie "Tremendous" Jones once said:

"Five years from today, you will be the same person that you are today, except for the books you read and the people you meet."

Audio programs also fit into this.

Working as a copywriter, my thoughts can get a bit jumbled and hurt my performance...

When this happens I take a 20-40 minute walk, listening to audibooks about everything - not just business.

    It's great...

    Chris

P.S. My top tip is to focus on your breathing as well... deep in to your stomach/balls.

          "University of Success on Wheels".

I love that description, it is great when we find something that works for us, I do similar when running, not only is it helping my mind to expand, but it takes my concentration off of the running, and the hills and distance become a breeze.

I first heard the phrase "University on Wheels" from Brian Tracy. Since then, I have commited to listening to a new audio program every month while commuting to work. Some CDs I listen to over and over again.

Your "Outcome" of reality is really Event+Reaction.

    O = E+R

Some people while in a traffic jam that get into road rage and blame all the drivers. However, some make use of it and learn a second language. =)
