What a year this has been so far.

I am an extremely positive person but boy this has been a strange year so far.
It started off with my long term partner telling me that she no longer loved me and our relationship was over. Although I admired her for being honest it still knocked my socks off because I had not seen it coming.

Then my health took a turn for the worse. My diabetic condition spiraled out of control and caused a ton of problems including some artery damage which meant more medication to control blood pressure.

Then a series of abscesses on my jaw which left me feeling sick and I still am struggling with that. Throw in a viral infection and you can see I am sure that I am not out but wobbling.

However there are some positives. I made a decision to not stay here in the south of France (Too many memories) and move to Spain to start a new life. Also as I was ill I had to outsource a couple of areas within my online business that I hadn't previously thought of doing. Now that opened up the door for more change, because basically it gave me more time to create.

Now I have increased my income and that is a direct result of all of the above because I would have just carried on as before had it all not happened. I have several JV projects in the pipeline and a couple of new products of my own almost ready.

Changed my coaching/mentoring model to a more group based one which in turn freed up even more time (One to one coaching is very time consuming) and so I think it is fair to say I have had a complete lifestyle makeover.

I guess what I am sharing with you is that you are never beaten unless you allow it yourself, and it sometimes pays to sit back and take a look at your business model and see where you can make changes that benefit you in some way.
It is very easy to drift along and yet just a few simple changes could make a huge difference. Just don't go through what I have been through before you make that decision though.

Amen Andy As a note, this would probably be better in the Mind Warrior forum but really appreciate you sharing.

Good decisions dude. I empathize with you, because I've seen some deep, dark days, and years, in my life in the past.

I checked into paradise - again - 4 hours ago. Awesome beach side resort town called Pranburi on the Gulf of Thailand. But 4 years ago, my life was in shambles, on all levels, but grinding it out, knowing why I wanted to do it, and pushing myself helped create this life.

Thanks for having the courage to share! Keep up the great work man.

Yes I did wonder where to place it but it is about the changes I have made in my online business, so I felt it was the right section.

Thailand sounds like a place I would like to spend some time in. I have marketing friends there too. I am glad you turned your life around.

Good for you for getting yourself back together! My fiancee told me the same thing 12 years ago - only he added he loved our roommate of 6 months more than me after 13 years. Ouch!

I started my online stores shortly after too - being successful and happy is the best way to get over a traumatic break up I think so best of luck!
