You MUST get Twelve Pillars by Jim Rohn and Chris Widener.

It's a fast read... maybe and hour and a half to read (it just sucks you right in so you can't put it down). Everyone should read this book.

The Magic Of Thinking BIG is the one that did it for me. Once I saw the change that had made in me I was hungry for more and devoured as many as I could.

Antis, Think and Grow Rich is a time-honored classic. I'd strongly suggest it because it's easy to read, uber practical and heck, quite fun to soak up, then to use for your benefit.
