Do Not Say NO To This

Hey Warriors,

I'm sure most of you have heard or read most of the motivational talks and books that get us pumped up to start our day.

Has this ever happened to you though?

As you're tuning yourself into your work or as you watch these videos and start to feel really good, have you ever had an outrageously insane idea pop up? Sometimes even out of no where?

It could seem too impossible to achieve, or you could even think that it would get you bankrupt and mocked by everybody. It could even be a passion that you've had or a dream that you've been chasing for quite a while now but you shoved it under for one reason or another.

We've all heard of 'Following your gut instinct' but how can you tell whether the feeling you have could mean utter distraction or shame for you?

Well the truth is you can't. There's no possible way of knowing whether that can happen. For all you know you could be making the biggest mistake in your life!

But ask yourself one thing: Would you be able to live with yourself, would you be able to look in the mirror and say that when things turned up you choose to live by your dream and stick by your mantra or are you going to be like the others and put another excuse to why they don't have what they have?

No one cares about your success more than you do.

If people are going to mock, judge and doubt you anyway than make sure that they know that without a shadow of a doubt that they never had bigger balls than you for following your dreams.

HaHaHaHa! I held myself from posting here. Was sooo confused to the message you were trying to send us first.

        Great post Now however!

The only one who thinks your thoughts is you.
The only one who feels your pain is you.
The only one who dreams your dreams is you.
The only one who see your perspective is you.
The only one to act on these is you.

The only way to reach our goals and achieve success is to act on our thoughts, deal with the pain, reach for our dreams and realize that our perspective is the only view you have of this path.

Wow. I actually just came up with that.

Haha man it's a good thing I changed it quickly

You're absolutely right. We need to realize that we have the power to create ANYTHING WE WANT within us. That we can absolutely create the life that we want to live.

Thing is most of us have become so accustomed to neglecting our inner passions or that 'small voice in their head' that's pushing us onto our true passions.

We've been told by parents, teachers or whoever that we have to follow a certain path to be successful. That we have to do this and do that and we're encourage to think big but still judged when we decide to do so.

It's high time we took the power that we've been giving others. It's high time we lived a life filled with passion and the only way we can do that is by doing what we love doing

Most of my life people have told me this won't work, that won't work, just get a 9 to 5 job, blah blah blah.

One thing I learned was the people who said something wouldn't work have never tried anything in their lives. Afraid to take risks.

I just stopped telling people what I'm "going" to do and I just do it.

Sometimes you just have to keep it to yourself and let the results do the talking I agree. The seed that's been sown in all of us is too great to be damped by other people's limiting beliefs.

Great post, OP - I've stopped myself from tossing out ideas subconsciously because of self-doubt more than once. As you mentioned this self-doubt comes almost entirely from our ego and fear of what people might think of our genius idea, which simply doesn't matter.

The truth about genius ideas is that only a genius can understand the value in it - other people need to see concrete physical results of a genius idea before they can accept that it was worth anything. Look how often and for how long some people claimed computers or the internet were a fad. Anyone coming up with genius ideas to profit on the internet or technology, when they are now millionaires - were once somebody being laughed at or having reasons explained to them why it wouldn't work.

Same position here. Completely stopped sharing my ideas altogether and just put them out there. Now everytime a project is done "Wow this is great, what a good idea" - but when I pitch something unfinished, the excitement is a lonely feeling which others can't share.

This is just the price we pay for being creative in this world.
