Mistakes You Have Regrets

We say that we don't regret our mistakes before because it made us a better person.

But If you can turn back time and change a particular mistake what would it be?

For me maybe the promises that I've made on certain things that I did not do. But sometimes you have to make promises to challenge yourself.

i only regret eating things that give me belly achs and once it is gone ..no more regret .

time passes in an cyclical way...so mostly everything will repeat ..

if you diodn't properly handle something in the past..you can either reframe the effect..or prepare fore a similar event to happen in the future and see if you have changed your response to it

what has been going on with me for a bit more than a year is a movment from duelistic good or bad response to something .. to a third point of understanding the why of the way things are happening ..and the last year has basically been the gutting the house to start building a new and better life ..with getting thing after thing ripped away .

There are some things I regret. (Like things that have hurt other people/family/etc.)

However everything else I'm 100% happy with because I wouldn't be here where I am without all of that stuff.

For instance for many years I regretted that fateful night fishing where I smoked too much cannabis as it gave me social anxiety (and then schizophrenia). However without that happening, I wouldn't have advanced/progressed personally and (now) helping other people with fear, suffering, and anxiety. That's my “mission” in life. : )

“There's a reason for everything,” as they say.

Yeah, I have a couple of regrets.

#1 Not taking pictures when I traveled overseas back in the 80's. Bummer.

#2 My second regret is directly related to product creation, marketing and advertising. Unfortunately I rested on my previous successes and I did not stay hungry and creative during those high periods. In the end this cost me as you can't ride the same wave for too long --> and I learned that the hard way!

Well, I am back at it 110% again and I think that should pay off big.

You gotta stay focused and do not get lackadaisical!

    Best of luck to all!

In business I regret not doing more, taking more chances, connecting with more people. But I learn every day how to do a better job of it.

    Hi Jag,

I intend to live in the moment, and release all regrets because I hate the energy anchors

No regrets, just happy that I made the decision to follow my own path instead of trying to please others.
