As some of you might've already read, I've been overwhelmed a lot. I'm learning how to redirect the energy I spend feeling stressed into energy I can use to be productive. When I DO feel too tired or overwhelmed, I try to take care of myself a little better... I tend to view sleep as an inhibitor to productivity, but unfortunately, coffee's only carried me so far.

That said, while I may come for advice on making plans, I won't complain about how hard it is to make those plans. Complaining is wasted energy. I found this quote and think of it when I feel tempted to complain:

"Don't tell me how hard it is or how much effort it will take, just get it done." - Jane Mark

Just a tidbit out there when everything feels like it sucks. Trust me, I KNOW - if you want details I have a "Darkest before dawn?" post. Nothing's really changed, except for one thing: I hold my head high and accomplish what I need to do. All other changes will follow.
