Just do it. End of story. Walk out there and be the man you want to be. Don't try to transition or migrate, and don't apologise for the man you were yesterday. You were the man you were, and now you are the man you are. Just go be what you want to be, and don't let anyone tell you that you can't.

    Focus on this.

1 Take assessment of your core beliefs.
2 See whether they have benefited you or not.
3 The beliefs that have run you to a dead-end , destroy.
4 destroy these police by designing a path that you will need to take to rewrite your understanding.

How long did it take to fail?
5 Understand or take you twice as long to succeed.

This is only my opinion , although I believe it will help

    1) First of all just explain yourself that its not a end but just a bend
    2) Try working more harder and look out for something else that interests you a lot.
    3) Hang out with your friends/family to ignore the pain of everything you had.

    Thanks

As humans we are all a big bundle of emotions and misconceptions. We aren't rational at all.

The way to reinvent is easy - take a step back and work out what you want to be, and what you want to do. Decide what you're doing which is wrong, and try to understand why you're doing it.

If you're anything like me, you'll probably be doing things for bizarre reasons that don't make any sense - you've just never stopped to think about it.

Once you know you're doing something for the wrong reasons, it's much easier to stop yourself doing it.

Equally, once you know exactly why you want something, it's much easier to get it done. Then you can follow Nike's advice: Just Do It!

Daily plan: Think what you can do TODAY to reinvent yourself.

If it's pay more attention to your wife, give her a foot massage and when she talks to you, listen.

If it's spend time with your kids, take them to the park.

If it's saving your money, fore-go Starbucks and make coffee at home.

If it's tackling long-term projects you've put off, put down the TV remote and finish the puzzle, painting, plane model or whatever it is.

If it's getting more sleep, go to bed earlier.

There's never a specific time that we have to "do" anything. Life is dictated by the choices we make. Things are put off because we choose to put them off. We take action because we choose to take action.

From when you wake up to when you go to bed. What Can I Do TODAY? then take it a day at a time.

Our bodies and cells within our bodies are constantly reinventing themselves, every seven years we have a new body within us and many new cells have been born, and died off.

Similarly, it is also very important for our mind to grow spiritually, emotionally, financially and otherwise. It can be easy to be sedentary in our lives, doing the same thing day in and day out, and letting outside issues such as the economy, politics, wars and other issues control our mind and thoughts. This can be detrimental to our mental and physical health. The Constant Negative News that we may hear can cause us to be depressed and down, which in turn can have a negative affect on our
    cells and physical body.

This is why I believe it is very important to maintain a positive mental attitude, associate yourself with positive upliftinng people, learn about all the opportunities that are out there even in a "recession," and you will realize that the country and worlds economic situation does not have to be the same as your own.

The best way is to make a 7 day plan.
    1. Write down what you do for 7 days.
    2. Then write down what you want to be doing.
    3. Then take your business idea & map it out exactly of how a person will buy your product.
    4. Then find the time by removing what doesn't need to be done in #1 & open up your time on a daily basis to achieve what you need to do in #3.
    5. Then execute all items in #3 on a daily basis until you have achieved your personal gain.

Why would you want to re-invent yourself? Were you put on this earth with a bunch of defects? Yes, I'm playing devil's advocate here but I think it's dangerous to go around thinking "...something's inherently wron with me..." that needs to be changed.

Now; might you have collected some unnecessary baggage on your journey to where you've arrived now? I suspect you have, just like the rest of us. Your task is not to re-invent yourself, it is to re-discover your "self", that sacred person that was programmed at conception to live a life of joy and abundance.

Your problems are like dirt and brake dust on the wheel of a car. They obscure the perfectly functional wheel underneath, and even cause it to work poorly. But remove the dirt and grime and it's sailing smoothly down the road again, just as it was designed to do. Your job is not to become who you are not; it is to become who you are.

It's certainly not easy. You basically just have to do it. You need to start thinking differently about...well...everything! So, if you really want to re-invent yourself then you need to rework your current mindset and stick with it.

It's a simple concept but it's one that is extremely difficult to actually put into practice.

In my view you are already on your way, since instead of drowning yourself in the ocean of sadness you took the initiative to come to this forum and shared your plight with us and asked for the solution.
I think there are four aspects on which you can improve first:
    1.Your physical well being
    2.Your mental well being
    3.Your Career
    4.Your Family

you can take these 4 aspects and formulate your objectives for it,prepare an action plan and tackle one objective at a time, give yourself 21 days to achieve it and then move onto the next objective.
start small and proceed towards big.
    Good Luck!

    Beware of your own emotion.

I'm in the opinion, this is the root of all behavior. Gratitude is the greatest emotion that empower the good. I learnt it from a very successful MLM guru - things happens for a good cause.

The most damaging emotion is the feeling of being "victim". I'm still trying to figure out what this means.

    cheers

    Hey TopGun,

here's what you do when you have a set back:

    1. You stop and detach yourself
    2. You go back and you analyze from top to bottom
    3. Come to a conclusion and a lesson
    4. Never make that mistake ever again

Brian, another thing: Don't live with the belief that you can't make mistakes.

No matter what you do, you will mess up sooner or later. Everybody does. What makes the difference between a successful person and a failure is not the fact that they have failed or not. It's whether they either own up and handle those failures and move on, or let the mistake that they made affect and torture them so much from the inside that they just can't go on any more.

It's easy to see the people that are already successful and fantasize that they got to be where they were by never making any mistakes or making the right decisions again and again... Nothing could be further from the truth! Behind the life of anyone who has achieved success there is a string of failures, mistakes and incidents they'd just rather as soon forget.

So look at what you have, and if you've done some stuff you wish you could fix, then fix it, move on, get out there and get doing what you really want to do. And when you make more mistakes... do it again. It really is that simple, and if people all over the world are doing it already, then you can too, no doubt.
