Well, currently i am in the japanese healthcare equipment company which distributes XYZ water system. We need to get the appointment to do the water quality demo for them, educate them first before my sale started.
The problem is i can't get any appointment. Here is my calling script.

Hi, is this ( Name)?

This is Evon, are you free to talk for a moment?

Mostly they will said Yes,or ask who r u?

I am calling from XYZ, a japanese healthcare equipment company which distributes XYZ water system.

The reason i call is because you/ your ( company name) are recommended to us to participate in water quality demonstration .

It is a water quality testing system used by many professionals to show the acidity level inside your everyday drinking water/ inside your water.

I would like to arrange a time to share what i do and to perform a water quality demo i mentioned earlier.
MOSTLY,THEY SAID 'NO'/ I DONT NEED THIS.

Then, i said

Obviously, i know there are other people are servicing you or advising you too, but would it be good if you can have a total free 2nd opinion and to know what kind of water that u are drinking everyday?

THEY SAID NO AGAIN.

Ok, no problem. Thank you for your time.

Can anyone help me out where should i change or what can i do?
Thanks.

Answer to the basic question WIIFM (what's in it for me).

In other words, explain them briefly the benefit of doing this.

So you're essentially just calling them, disseminating info, and asking them to take part? I see you have a rebuttal with what they're currently using, too. That's great you have a system in place. How long have you been cold calling? What kind of tone do you use? And do you ask questions?

I'd highly suggest coming up with some sort of 'system' that is adaptable to how they respond. Most people don't like to be cold called. I used to cold call people to get them to bundle their cable, internet, and phone. I'd get a lot of responses. But here's the thing, their name got on that list some how.

Use that as proof for the paradigm that these people are looking for a change. Of course they're going to have a little friction in the beginning just because the change is not on their terms. But you can easily make it 'on their terms' by a little talking.

I know for most companies, it's policy to state who you are and your reason for calling. But use your tone to capture their attention. Once you state who you are ask open ended questions, give value, and create an urgency for meet up.

At this point, it's obvious you're looking for a little tweaking, or else you wouldn't be on this forum. If this is your job, then let's get to getting you good at this at a rapid pace. I'll give you a script to try out. If you don't like it, don't use it. I just want to help.

You: Hi, this is Evon with XYZ Japanese healthcare firm. Do you have time to talk for a moment?

    Client: Sure.

You: Great! (Open ended question about water quality. Preferably get their opinion on the importance of their water quality)

Move towards reason why your calling. Baby step it as much as possible. I know some corporations prefer you to have a short talk time. Make sure to identify a need!

Identify a need is vital! Their need can often be found in a fear/frustration or dream/desire.

You: (educate them on what the healthcare company does to their water and why it's beneficial)

As they talk, try to build some rapport with them. Don't use a trying-for-rapport tone, though. People can sense that stuff and dislike it. Don't let them completely control the conversation, either.

Start the close by expressing what you're going to do that's going to help them. ASSUME THE CLOSE without being aggressive by asking them when they're free for a water testing.

That's just a suggestion on a script. Always identify their need. Try the above method and let me know how it goes. feel free to message me or email me at curtis@gobeyondcognition.com

How is this related to mind warriors?

I suggest posting in the copywriting section.
