I'm so confused how and where to start..

I've been reading several threads about this and one thing I notice is that they always say that you should go with a niche that you love/ have interest. Yeah i know it makes sense because if you love what you're doing work will be like play. But the thing that i love is playing online games and watching movies. What stops me is, i don't know if i can make money online out of it. Thinking all the free stuffs around about that niche will just make my leads think like "why should i pay/buy this from you if i can get these stuffs for free in google and youtube. I mean can i really make money out of those niche? I really hope someone can help me to enlighten myself. Am I just to scared to try or am i just not thinking out of the box or is there something that i should know that i dont know right now.. please.. help me here.. whoever you are your knowledge can possibly be life changing for me... help me please..

    You love playing online video games right? then record yourself playing games and upload it to youtube. People are making a lot of money doing this thing. Pew Die Pie videotaping himself playing an apps makes him a lot of money.

    You can also be a movie critic and make video out of it. You can make money in Youtube by signing up in their partnership program and then monetize your content.

    Also Aji, your signature is excellent! Success is a process! You realize that failure is a part of the process! So you will fail many times but you can learn from that. Don't be afraid to fail.

    What JagSEO is suggesting is free to do. All you have to do is get started.

    The thing is that people buy from you because they like your energy. You have to put your energy out there! Online, people don't necessarily buy products, they buy people! If you keep putting out high quality content or videos, people will start following you. You can monetize that. Maybe not immediately, but soon you will!

    I haven't been on the Warrior Forum too long. I appreciate an honest post such as this, and the helpful replies that it elicited. But I'm curious. Looking at the date that you joined, 2011, why are you asking a question like this at this time? Have you been trying other things? Yesterday I heard Sean Donahue say that the myth of the Field of Dreams for Internet Marketing is a myth: you can build, you can blog about what you love, but it doesn't mean that your audience will come. There's a lot of work after that--marketing; getting traffic, etc. I appreciate the suggestions that you received--it's a start. And agree with a comment above, regarding your statement about failure. But I'm digging in with one successful IMer who has the resources and training to learn the ropes.

      @HajmeAnne, date you joined has no reflection on how much energy you've been putting into IM or WF. People have busy lives juggling tons of things at once.

      There are lots of good solutions out there. What one has to do is get started and increase one's awareness and understanding of what is good and what isn't. That happens over time as one gains some experience and figures out what they like to do online. I agree with you, there are hurdles one must be aware of.

    I think you should instruct yourself into how to create online content. Learn the basic of content creation and learn to create different types of it. In my opinion, i'd suggest that you look into Video Marketing, how to create sellable video content. You need equipment to record your screen (or yourself) and the audio (pretty easy). This is the new way to make money onlne, content marketing. If you know a Skill, you're able to teach that skill and sell it on any Massively Open Online Course provider (search Google for MOOC). If you'd like more info or guidance into how to do this, send me a message and i'll gladly help you out.

    Wow... Thanks everyone for all of your awesome answer.... @JagSEO so i just simply make a video of playing/teaching something in the game and post it on youtube and monetize my video with youtube partnership? how do i earn with this and how do i get paid... wow man this is really exciting! MAKING VIDEOS OF ME PLAYING AND MAKING MONEY OUT OF IT.. Something that i can do unlimited times because this wont make me tired.. ^_^ and JagSEO i love you man.. thanks for bringing this up..

This guys making 4 Million dollars per year doing the same thing you're thinking of doing! So you can learn a lot from him! Don't be afraid of failure. This is a learning process.           Fantastic! That is what you want, lots of ideas flowing and you want to act on them!

          Yes, I know they pay anywhere. You might want to set up a blog for the Adsense and put your videos on that. Anytime you need help with the details, just ask on the WF main section and you'll get responses immediately! This is a helpful forum!

      Now the thing is do you want paid or free software? I am not an expert in all the different softwares to create videos. I have my preferences which are paid softwares. You can also download 1 month free trials on various video creators / editors. But I strongly recommend you also ask detailed questions on the WF main section. You need to spell out what you want to do, how much you can afford, etc and ask for recommendations. I have created videos, but I have never done anything like what Pew Die Pie does so I can't be too much help for that niche. Don't know what's involved. What software, etc. My focus isn't video marketing. Send a pm to Max Stryker above, because he's talking about video marketing.
