Building A Team That You Can Rely On
Having been an entrepreneur for many, many years, I have found that one of the most important things that I do is keep a team of people around me that challenge me to grow every day.
I want these people there so that they can tell me the truth and not sugar coat the challenges that I am facing. I make sure that they are all smarter than I am so that I make sure that I push myself so that I don't feel foolish when I talk to them.
But, I found out just recently that there was a change that I needed to make in my team. I had peopled it with seasoned professionals and totally overlooked having a "newby" there.
What I found out about adding someone who is new to business an in particularly internet marketing, is that they bring a fresh perspective to the group. They ask what they believe are "dumb" questions that have really got me heading down some new and exciting paths toward success.
