propellerads.com tell me its not fraud traffic,how do you think?

I have work with propellerads about 1 week. i Try 4 mobi Campaigns with them.i found this yesterday and show it to propellerads to check ,I think its fraud traffic but they tell me its Not fraud traffic!!!some zone id i just start 1 day and get so many duplicate ip, let us see the pic.

i check my others trafficsouse no one like this so many duplicate ip click in 2-3days,the max same ip click is about 200,and i have run it over 10 days,10 days about 200 duplicate ips.its normal.
I am very angry because they said its not fraud traffic!How do you think about this?fraud or not fraud?

Unfortunately, forum says "you don't have sufficient privileges" to view the image you provided. I can't say nothing without access to the image

Could you please upload it to 3rd party image hosting and PM me the direct url?
