|  Anyone here have experience with outsourced local business lead call center solutions?

Basically, you hand the outsourced call center a call list and they get leads from the list. Is payment normally upfront plus per lead or you simply pay a monthly fee plus a bonus?

Noooo don't do it. You have to own your sales process. Never seen it work but have seen it tried many many times. Consider hiring an SDR (sales development rep) and just work a lead list for you under your training / supervision.
