Hey Guys i just started android app reskinnig can u give me any information on how to rank an app on play store and how to get alot of review and thanks

You might want to try using CPA Networks to promote your application. This way you will receive quality installs and you will have a great userbase then you can market to.

Could you please let us know more details about your software so we can tell you a Network to start with?

Alternatively you can also advertise your app on Facebook Ads, if you do it right you might receive quite a lot of installs.

Do you have any experience with Mobile Ad Networks like Decisive or Zeropark?

In my opinion the best way of getting your app known and getting downloads by real people is by marketing on social media. I can offer you shoutouts on 31 big instagram accounts. I have had a couple of customers marketing apps on these accounts and their experiences were positive.

Number of ratings: how many people have rated and reviewed your app.
Ratings: how high (or low) they are
Amount of downloads: how many app downloads
Downloads growth: the growth of downloads over the last 30 days
Uninstalls: how many people uninstall the app
Usage: frequency with which your app is used (reported by some developers)

Have you had customers who develop games find success on social media? If so, are these big games like candy crush or small games as well? (By small games I am talking about the causal games with no stages whatsoever or kids games)

You can follow all the below App promotion techniques to promote your app.

1. Include and promote the content in your app that cannot be found anywhere else.
2. Use relevant keyword to describe your app on the App Store.
3. Submit your application to various app directories.
4. Set up a Facebook Fan page to showcase your app.
5. Promote your app with a Twitter Profile.
6. Create a YouTube Video of your App.
7. Submit your app to review websites.
8. Publish a press release about your app.
9. Promote your app via your email, forum and any other profile signature.
10. Advertise on relevant websites.

When you say advertise on relevant sites... which sites have you had the best luck?

Promote your app in Social media like Facebook they having targeted users.

Even you can try some mobile CPA network to get more installs.

There are many factors discussed to be used by Google in their Play store ranking algorithm:

Installs
Uninstall rate
Usage (retention)
App ratings
Social signals
etc

Tips for moving up the rankings:

Make better game/app (of course!)
Encourage users to rate your app
Use flurry.com or other analytics to see where users drop and fix the retention problems
Give encouragement for users to +1 your app, but don't break the rules
If your app is performing well, starting ads to gain more volume
Optimize your keywords
