I have a question for people experienced in selling mobile websites, I have just got into this and I am building my sites with Jump mobi and I am using the minute mobile mockup tool and taking a screen shot of it and putting it in a direct mail and have got some amazing responses for going the extra mile from business owners but I have come up against their webmasters now!

I really dont want to charge them a monthly fee but some webmasters just dont want to give me access to the hosting so I can install wordpress on a sub domain and build my site, and I cant just transfer the files over because a mySQL database has to be created and I am worried that I will lose the clients who have asked me to build there sites, 2 have even paid and the sites are built but I am having trouble with the webmasters.

What would you recommend, any thoughts would be massively appreciated as this has got me worried because I really need to sell these sites for an income!
