Problem with traking (Voluum)

Hello

I am new user.

- I use Voluum for track my campaign
- I use MobPartner for cpa network
- I use Decisive.is for buy traffic mobile

But I can not operate the tracking in Voluum.
If you can find the problem, send me PM and say me the price for resolve the problem please.

What problem are you facing with Voluum?

Hi jobi314,

1. Grab the postback url / server-to-server pixel from the traffic source you are using. You might need to ask it from the account manager, or you can find it yourself under their self-service platform.

2. Add Decisive.is as traffic source in Voluum. Place the postback url and don't forget to assign the clickid/transaction id if you wish to see stats on Decisive.is platform. Example: yourpostbackurl.com/abc={click.id}

3. Add Mobpartner as Affiliate in Voluum. You can choose either to append clickid automatically or not.

4. Create an offer, put your landing page url from Decisive here.

5. Create a campaign, choose path and direct linking. Select your offer.

6. Once you have saved the configuration, you will see the generated link from Voluum. Use that link to promote your campaign.
