Many visitors end up leaving without purchasing or subscribing, I want to sell that traffic as redirect etc.

1. What networks do you suggest?

2. I heard IOS traffic earns more than Android - Is this true? if so, why?

3. Looking for a reliable networks, that pays via Paypal, and has bi-weekly payouts.

In other words, I just wanna monetize my mobile traffic that does not convert.

Hi!
I agree with #7. This is a great traffic source. I buy and sell traffic from the site. One thing you may need to look out for is your traffic got to be high quality to make the premium bucks here. The same when you buy traffic...make sure you buy those with 70 and above.

I use the traffic from here on CPI and the result has been great and I'm able to sell back the unused traffic when the CPI hits the daily limits. The code makes everything seamless and I can see how much I'm making everyday.

1. What networks do you suggest? I can strongly suggest you to try DMG, Lazada and Judoads, they have some outstanding converting campaigns.

iOS traffic is usually more expensive than Android traffic, thus, I wouldnt say its true, really depends on the app itself.
