Years ago, I had used both AdWords & AdMob to increase my Android app download. The app itself is listed in Google Play store. Now, I want to start another round of investment, to increase the number of my Android app download. Till now, I'm still totally have no idea, whether I should use AdWords or AdMob to promote my Android app download. I tend to read through https://www.google.com/admob/promote.html In the above AdMob page, it states that

I can't say Adwords is better than Admob. But I personally prefer Google Adwords since few installs r received from Google Admob based on my experience. Jasmine from TryMyApps.com |

There are actually a lot of other better choices than AdMob/Adwords. Depends on your spend, geo/platform/app genre through, but here are a few you can look into: - Chartboost - Applovin - Appia - Fyber (incent) - Tapjoy (offerwall incent) - Airpush (android) - Vungle & AdColony (mobile video) OR, if you want a managed service that will help you navigate the landscape and buy across MANY networks, then you can look into a platform like Fiksu or Grow Mobile. |
