|  What options I have for desktop-based mobile website builder?

I have been spending hours searching but the result is not too positive. I am looking for a simple desktop-based mobile website builder. - Without monthly subscription. - Host web pages in my existing host. May I know what are the options I have? So far I found 2 software: 1) WYSIWYG Web Builder - looks a bit less user-friendly. 2) LMsoft's Mobile Creator - looks simpler but very few tutorial available. |
