Who is the best advertise network ad for mobile

Hello,
what is best network for advertise offers like anti virus apps; i submit my first offer in mmedia, But did not accept the offer because it antivirus app.

i personally think adMob is great for doing anti virus app , totally agree with kgharshith and mikesol

Anti virus is still strong but the ad networks and the cpa networks with the offers are backing away from aggressive forms of promoting these offers.
Sometimes it's your landing page which offends rather than the offer itself. It often pays to ask.
If it is a policy decision by a particular ad network not to allow promotion of these offers then go to another traffic source.
