What code will make XsitePro responsive?

I loved XsitePro, I didn't like to stop using it. But having no mobile responsiveness was a deal breaker, so I moved to WordPress.

But how would you write mobile responsive code for XsitePro? What would the code be? Thanks

The fix would be to carefully work through the CSS xsitepro outputs and create a responsive boilerplate that works with all xsitepro sites

this is technically 100% feasable

Gareth, thanks. How would one do this though? Would I need a programmer to do this?
