Mobicow vs. Leadbolt for mobile traffic source - or other?

I'm interested to join either Mobicow or Leadbolt as a mobile traffic source for CPI installs, perhaps in the dating or gaming vertical. I've heard both were recommended a few times, but Leadbolt's bids start at $0.05 and Mobicow may not have category targeting.

Does anyone have experience getting conversions with either of them, or could recommend another mobile ad agency for good quality results? Thanks!
