News Magazine Mobile App

I just setup a Wordpress news Magazine Blog.
Now I need to have Mobile Apps for it (for Android and ios) which will be hosted in their respective markets.

Are there system that works as simple as Wordpress Themes/Templates for Mobile Apps?
I would have loved such system rather than paying a coder to start coding a new app from scratch.
Just like in Wordpress Themes/Templates, the theme author sells the theme and continues updating it free for (maybe) a year, then the buyer is expected to renew the support.

I will ideally prefer such Mobile App (if any).

Also I read somewhere a long time ago that there is a system like website-to-App, or something like that.
Recommendations pls

1 - Do a search in the WP repository - there are a few website to app plugins there.
2 - Also, search Warrior Forum WSO and Classifieds section for Mobile App offers - usually reseller programs, but you can get one for your own site.
3 - Try Online App Makers like AppMonkey.
