Question for mobile marketing experts

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here knows of a mobile affiliate network that has game app install offers where the user only has to install an app (not make an in-app purchase) in order for the affiliate to make a commission?

I just know some agencies provide app installs.

There are several companies that charge to provide downloads for apps so the user does not have to buy. They obviously give incentives to the people that download. Freemyapps.com is the biggest I believe.
