local business simple design or a more good locking one?

Hi I am wondering something my mobile business in a box I am thinking of buying it but I have to ask are local business do they want simple design or a more good locking one?
I know my mobile business in a box was made in mind of simple people like me never done html before so I have to ask how much will one charge for a simple site like this?
Are local business do they want simple design or a more good locking one???

Your examples are your answer.

There is no reason a simple site can not also be good looking.

I agree plus you want the business owner to feel like they got what they paid for.

It really depends on your skills. If you are competent with html and css then obviously you can do more personalized designs. If you are not then your only two options are to use some kind of template or site generator OR pay someone to create the site for you.

If you are paying someone to create the type of sites you included above then it eats into your profit. I've always just kept my mobile site designs fairly simple because it not only means a very fast loading site but it's all my customers have ever asked for. If they want a more complex design and they are willing to pay for it then I will do it.

Ok how much will it cost to outsource it to someone if they want a cool site how much should I charge? How much should I should I charge for a simple site? and also much should I charge for a monthly subscription?
