Using smartphone to send (Aweber) mailing list?

I'm new member here

Can I send out email list (AWEBER) through Smartphone?
Or, it is had to be done via PC or Laptop all the time?
If yes, which smartphone is best in handling this task well?
Iphone or Blackberry?
looking forward to hear some opinion frm senior members here

yes you can. if they have a mobile version it will be easiest

in mobile phone you can browse as a mobile or pc (you will have to scroll to get it right) but it can be done.
i use Samsung Galaxy S2 4.3 screen, but you can use iPhone as well.
