Hi, I want to build a niche mobile web site which will display on all sorts of mobiles and tablets. I need to make at least $100 per month to start with. Can the members guide me on 1) Which niche to choose? 2) Where can I find a person who can help me achieve my target? 3) An estimate of how much it will cost including the programmer fees, domain and hosting charges?
