Hi,

I assume there's a few web designers on here that are using WordPress for the clients websites.

Is there a plugin that automatically forwards visitors to an automated theme that takes all the data (blog posts etc) and formats it so that it works on mobile phones?

Rather than having to create a second WP install in a directory and import all the MySQL data..

Any ideas?

Out of the box it still doesn't deploy a business type mobile site with click to call functions and the typical mobile layout you would find here on WF... to me its just a mobile blog which is fine if thats what your customer owner wants...

Actually, It does.

Select a Mobile home page (any page or custom post on your site) in the plugin settings for easily programmable mobile navigation.

thanks i will have to take another look at it as last time i checked it out it didnt come close to anything that i would even consider handing over to a client...

does anyone you have an example site?

I do not have an example but used WPTouch Pro on one of my sites and did not like the results it produced. I would like to see an example site myself as I was not content with the final product.

Can you let me know where this setting is located? I have WPTouch Pro and I haven't seen anything like that, I must have missed it. I do know you can use the wp settings to identify a specific page to be the home page and WPTouch will use that one, but then you would manually have to design the page so it will look like the mobile sites you see here in the forum.

Are you saying there is a setting in WPTouch Pro that will create navigation buttons for pages automatically?
