Building a local SMS list need advice and help!!!

Hello ,
I talked to a couple of warriors in private they gave me some tips however i think 2 are better than 1 and 10 are better than 2 so here i'm seeking help from as many warriors as I can get.
I manage night shift at subway inside walmart super store and i was thinking to start building a local sms coupons list . I can build a list for subway and pass the flyers inside walmart in the door like i see the photo studio and the woodforrest bank employees do in their slow time .
The problem I might get in trouble if i pass the flayer just for my coupons sms list I can pass them for subway though like other independent businesses inside walmart does .
I was thinking to have a flyer divided in two half for subway list and bottom half for local coupons sms list to by pass any trouble with walmart
any suggestions ? or advice ? very much appreciated .
I do care more about the local sms list then subway list . my boss is ok with the subway list for buy one get one free as long as the food cost don't go over 31% he said .
