Mobile websites questions

Hi, I have some questions about the construction of mobile sites

What I need to build a mobile website in a short time (10 or 30 minutes maximum)?

I need a lot of mobile site templates for this or not?

I think need the template of client website,to make a mobile version

please help me or send me a pm

There are a lot of templates available here on the forum as well as mobile site builders like Dudamobile.com. They also have a reseller program that's free to join. I built a site there in less than 10 minutes!
