if you offer trial accounts to businesses does this remove the ability to charge a setup fee if they want to sign up? Just curious how you guys have done it. thanks |

Usually set up fees are associated with customizations. If you are setting up a domain, or account, or template I think its fine to charge a setup fee, whereas the trial is generic.

I have a basic demo account they can use. They can be moved over to a "regular" account which incurs a setup fee. Sometimes I waive the setup fee in exchange for other services, prepayment, barter or anything else I can dream up. |
