Does anyone have any Real Estate mobile websites that I could show potential clients? Have a possible lead and I want to have a nice example to show. I know WillR posted a site that does them for around $350, but cannot find the site. WillR, if you see this, could you add that link please? Thanks again! |

ADukes81, are you talking about a "home for sale" sample site? Or a full mobile site for a realtor agency? if a simple "home for sale" - ping me via direct message, and I'll send you one. |

Agentpoint The Wordpress Real Estate Web Developers » Real Estate Mobile Phone Website In relation to that service, as I mentioned before, I have NOT used them myself as yet but I do like the mobile sites they create for Real Estate Agents. That's how I came across them in the first place because I found a nice looking mobile real estate site and wanted to find out who created it. I also had an interesting email from a member last week who said he had contacted the company and had set up a deal with them. He said they were very helpful and were willing to bargain. Instead of the flat fee, he is charging his client a monthly fee and giving them a cut of it from what I remember. So don't be scared to bargain with them if you know you can both work together.

I just checked on my mobile emulator and rightmove ( the biggest real estate portal in the UK ) is mobile the owners of rightmove do not have to spam the warrior forum to get traffic to their website, i doubt there is a person over the age of 10 that has not heard of rightmove in the UK so , get your facts straight before calling out people on the forum

put any website into a mobile simulator and it will show a website, put rightmove into a mobile emulator and it shows that rightmove redirects to a mobile ready website, is it mobile ready, yes it is, and is it a great website, yes it is. if you need any more clarification, I will do a quick video for you, there is a difference between an emulator and a simulator

Blackbaud Labs - Labs Article there is another emulator that shows website on three different mobile devices , will post link when I find it. Realtors / estate agents have been severley affected by the economic downturn, many warriors on the forum have mentioned that realtors do not part with their cash so easily, I do not have any experience and so cannot comment. actually, may have the word emulator and simulator mixed up.

As a realtor, I can confirm that not only are you way off base that realtors make TONS of money, they also will not part with $1500-$2500 set-up and $500 mo fees. There are too many services out there now that their fees are reasonable, and if you do find a realtor to pay you those types of fees, then they are one of the very few that make a "good" living as a realtor. The average realtor only makes around $40K, only the top 10% make over $100K per year. What most people don't understand about a realtor's income, is that we are self-employed. Not only do we have to pay the brokerage firm either a percentage of each sale (varies between 20-50% depending on your production), we are also responsible paying for our websites, signs, lockboxes, electronic fees, dues into our local, state and national associations, and the list goes on. If the average commission is 6% of the sales price, we are lucky to pocket 1.5% of that. Hope that helps you have a better understanding of how realtors are paid, and therefore, will give you a idea of what not to charge. SS |

I know plenty of real estate agents, some of my brothers are real estate agents and have been for 10+ years. I know I would be hard pressed to find a real estate agent earning 40K or under. That's a very low salary for a real estate agent. I'm sure it depends on the area, country, etc but I know there are plenty of real estate agents in my area who would happily pay prices like that. There are real estate agents... and there are real estate agents. Go after the big boys and you'll have a much easier sell.
