So I have an idea for my crossfit gym to create a mobile site where people can see what the workout of the day is right on their phone via the mobile website.

The existing site is a simple typepad site and the workouts are posted every night via a blog post.

How could I pull this feed and display the posts inside of a mobile site? I am building my sites using Jquery mobile and would love to be able to pull this off.

If i can create a mobile app for my gym there are a lot of members there that have businesses and could lead to some good referrals.

Any help would be great.
