QR Code size for outdoor
Share on:

Hey Guys,

Quick question, what would be the ideal size to print a QR code for outdoor advertising...so it can be scanned easily from driving by?
It would be faced on a well traveled road.
Thanks,

Joe

There really is no size limit as long as the code is accurate. There's an image of a huge outdoor QR code at the post below - check it out.

depending where the QR code was being located i possibly wouldn't want people to scan my qr code if they where driving for safety reasons... just saying! lol

if your doing large qr codes you really want to use a vectorized qr code - that way you can make the qr code as big as house and still retain super sharp edges

Sorry, I am too busy helping people to think of a cool signature!

Jay is absolutly right about using vector images. What I have seen is people put them on large magnetic signs you can get from Vista Print or your local printer. I think they are about 20cm square.
