I've been messing around with iframing a client's Facebook page onto their mobile site and it was not working so well. Not like you can with a desktop page using their code inside the developer's area. I ended up figuring out an easy solution and it looks terrific on my Android. When you insert a client's FB link on a mobile site, it shows the desktop page, even on a mobile device. To get the mobile version to show, just insert "m" before the url, then the rest of the URL. For example, http://m.facebook.com/pages/rest-of-URL Facebook apparently does not have a redirect to the mobile version automatically, but one is there. So on your mobile demo sites, be sure to put a Facebook tab to show how nice a company fan page can look on mobile devices. |

My understanding and testing does show that FB has a mobile version and simply redirects to the URL you are refering to, so there is no need to make any changes as the visitor still goes to same page. |

That's weird, I tried it on my android to a client's page and it showed the entire desktop page. I guess whatever works. I was surprised there was no redirect but either way works.
