We just use plastic holders like these. Bottom Loading Acrylic Sign Holders and use typical graphics software to design them. We have a simple fillable PDF we use in house to put their info & logo on and then print them out. We find it's more durable and less apt to tearing and stains. You could technically design the flyers in Word as well if you wanted to keep it simple.

With all the "Table-Tents" I use I go with little....(I forgot what they're called)....these are round Balls cut in half with a Slot in the top to hold our 4 x 6 Cards....costing about 20cents ea instead of $2 or more for the free standing 5 x 7 plastic Displays. And...I've always used MSPublisher for my graphics. Easy to create.... then make a PDF and send to printer. Don Alm |

Vista Print do a double sided, foldable business card which can then sit on the table. The advantage of this is that you promote the short code on one side and fanpage (or other service) on the other. |

Hi, I use OpenOffice then save as PDF which works for most printing shops. You'll need to know what your printer company can handle with regard to format of the final product. If you're printing them yourself ... No Problem! :-} You will need a good printer and some stock. Here's a couple links to card stock ...
