| I’m looking to develop mobile sites for some bars. These bars have events every week. Typically they take out a half page print ad in a local newspaper every week promoting the bar and its events. The events are also advertised on their website. Usually as a graphic on the home page and on the events page. Some events are the same each week i.e. quiz night, pool comp etc. and are therefore static. Others deal with special events - public holidays etc. and are therefore changed reasonably often. Are there any good tools out there that allow for easy development of mobile websites with a syncing feature? I am aware that dudamobile has this feature, but am not keen on going down the hosted route. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated |

There are a more and more Wordpress themes now that are built with HTML5 - so they translate and resize according to whatever device your are browsing on. Don't want to look like I am posting affiliate links but if you google "buy wordpress themes" the first 5 or so (including top ads) have mobile ready templates at reasonable rates. Maybe hit up a freelancer site too, im sure there are programmers who could code something that comes directly out of your blog or cms site. |

It could also be done with an App. Although, I agree with some of the comments on the forum that point out - you have to get their clientele to download an app. But they can be made inexpensively or even for free.
