Seriously, this is a pretty cool idea for using QR codes to launch a new product. It comes from my good ole friends...the Germans. Now unfortunately...as luck would have it...I don't speaka de German. lol However...(The presence of the word however means that something good is coming for you) you don't really need to understand the language to get the idea that's being presented here. Leave a comment after you've watched the video to let me know what you think about the idea. http://youtu.be/r2i1eUmtnd8 |

Very cool look - but realistically, probably impossible to capture moving...I have seen clothing with the same treatment, and it will capture parked - But then - there has to be a good reason, ie. a positive reward at the other end of the promo. A QR code is just the lure. You still need good bait...(click for free Mercedes? :rolleyes Copy says: Be the first to find the camouflaged prototypes with QR codes on the street, in the press and the Internet. Scan all QR codes and win with some luck, an exclusive trip for two to a car debut. Automation and it is from the first week of February 2012, the free app "The A-Class QR-Trophy" from the Apple App Store and Android Market. |

That is a great concept.. right now that QRs are still a novelty I bet plenty of people would scan responsibly just to see what it was.. I rate that idea a 10!
