Does anyone know if there is a course on how to set up a campaign for someone that wants to be able to communicate vis text with their clients?

Patti, I'm sorry I dont know of any but I can tell you that running a campaign can vary dramatically depending on A:the platform you use and B:the type of business using the service. You can find some nice videos on youtube to give you an idea of how SMS marketing works but just keep in mind that it changes between the options described above.

While I am unaware of any stand alone courses on the topic your post does show how important it is to have proper training...too many jump in with both feet and have no idea what they are doing.

This, unfortunately, can lead to a marketer doing more to hurt a business than to help it.

I believe they are resellers under Avid Mobile but you will get a slightly lower monthly price through them than Avid because you don't have direct access to Avid and therefore miss some of their direct benefits.
