You have to sign up, it's basically adsense for mobile. you monetize it by placing the code on your mobile site or mobile app. People click, you make some cash.

Minimum funding is $50. Money literally gets exhausted within 5 minutes. Be sure you know what your doing before getting started. But you can get a good ROI

Yes!, Make sure your AD is paused or you'll wonder where your funds went. This is true if you run accelerated ads.

Are you still getting your ads approved? Waiting for a week now with nothing happening.
And no way to contact them. Oh yeah, they are part of Google now, that's why

It is too easy to burn all your money with a couple of minutes...

Not easy.
If they don't approve your ads. Sitting there almost 2 weeks now.
And what pisses me off the most - there is no way even to contact these scummers.
Beware

watch out though, most times I clicked on a mobile ad was because I accidently fat-fingered (would hate for the advertisers to pay the big buck for my "click")

It shouldn't take that long for your ads to become approved. I would try to resubmit the campaign and see if it gets approved faster. Also listen to what other people are saying, the thing with mobile is that you'll get LOADS of traffic fairly quick and it's easy to blow through your whole budget without making a penny. Monitor it constantly when you first start running your ad and don't be afraid to pause it and change something up. Split test fools!!

You should have some money set aside (at least a few hundred) to initially buy data before you can expect any campaign to become profitable.

I still didn't get my campaign approved and it's been a month.
What pisses me off the most is that there is no way even to contact these scammers

The first time you try to create a mobile website in advance, After posting some of the materials you can register your website to AdMob, I also like AdMob because of relatively high cost per click .. good luck with AdMob
