This seems like a hot item that is in demand, but I can't find any information on how to accomplish it. I would think it would be an easy sell to a doctor or dentist, asking them how much cash they estimated they lost annually from "no shows". Has anybody seen anything that includes appointment reminders? |

Lime Cellular also has a fantastic appointment reminder module that is part of their SMS platform.

I think Lime Cellular is the best white label SMS marketing platform.

Yeah I would also recommend Trumpia for an appointment reminder feature. It's pretty easy to use and they have good tutorials on their website. Pretty much all you have to do is place your client's patients or customers appointments in a spreadsheet in a certain format which Trumpia shows you how to do. You can then upload this spreadsheet into Trumpia's platform to have the text reminders automatically scheduled without having to manually set up each message for each appointment. I have the secretary create this spreadsheet, so all they do is send it to me via email and then I can upload it into Trumpia. Hope that helps. |

Does anyone have a good idea of what the going rate is to charge customers for an appointment reminder service?

One thing to caution on with a fully managed system with Doctors and Dentists is that in the USA we have what is called HIPPA laws and unless your system is HIPPA compliant or you are certified then it may be difficult to either provide or manage the system.

It's an Appointment "Reminder" system, whereas ours is an "Appointment "Confirmation" system. We have licensed Lime's Platform and use their Appt confirmation system. The Patient can reply to Confirm, Miss, Reschedule, or even Notify the Office that they are running late.

I highly recommend NOT using trumpia due to their customer service, they compete with you and they put 1,000's on the same short code so there are not any good keywords. I used them, and would never do it again!

"Only very basic reminders can be sent in compliance" So you can say, "John, you have an appointment this afternoon at 4:00 PM" However you cannot say with whom (Doctor Name or Office Name) ? Looking for best practices for someone that actually has doctors using this. Thanks |
