I want to know if someone has experienced this technology?
It seems that LOCI Deals is the pioneer in this kind of service.

In concept it sounds real nice however unless a Cellphones Bluetooth is on and in discoverable mode allowing pairing it simply won't work!

There are quite a few companies offering this and LOCI is just one of many.

They are trying to get around the Bluetooth issue by having people download an app that will pair cellphone with their system so they can deliver offers to cellular customers based upon their preferences and location.
