Weaver II Pro version is a Wordpress theme that is also compatible with mobile devices. I've included their documentation about the mobile feature in the attachement. Basically, you can build a standard Wordpress site with the theme in various colors and layouts. The site will show up mobile-friendly on a mobile device, or you can build a completly separate mobile template. This looks interesting, do you have any samples of mobile sites that have been built with this?

Have you found any demos of websites that they have built? I like the look of it, although its from a small screenshot so its hard to tell if it will be worthwhile or not.

Looks interesting. I'd really like to see in on my iPhone to play around with it. Seems to have some good features.

I don't have anything ready for public viewing although I am quite pleased with the potential of this theme. There is a FREE version here that you can play with and get an idea of what it can do: WordPress › Weaver II « Free WordPress Themes In the config section, there is a dropdown menu choice that allows you to view the mobile-ready site in your desktop browser. You can read some recent reviews here: WordPress › Support » Weaver II Review from an early adopter I have absolutly NO CONNECTION to the developer - I'm just pleased that I can develop a "custom" WP site for desktop use and have it render correctly on a mobile device. The obvious benefit of that is you can update the WP site on the desktop and have the updates show up on the mobile site. |
