i see that there are a few fiverr gigs that are offering mobile websites for 5 dollars. Does anyone think that this could hurt our business because they are selling them so cheap? Posted from Warrior Forum Reader for Android |

Do you think the real voiceover artists are scared of people offering voiceovers on fiverr for $5? Do you think the real SEO experts are worried about the people selling SEO services for $5? I know I am not worried. If someone needs to resort to selling their services for $5 then it doesn't say much for how much they and others value their services.

..... or perhaps you could commission the website from fiverr, and resell it to your client at your going rate ...I doubt if many local businesses would have a clue about fiverr. Kind regards Alison |

Clearly if somebody is selling something for such a cheap price the final product isn't going to be the best.

Another one for you. Why do certain men still go and pay $50+ for a haircut when they could go to the local barber shop for $15? The experience is totally different.

With Fiverr, often times you get pretty close to what you pay for. I find it's a pretty good starting point, but in the end I or someone else has to get the rest of the job done.

I agree with this. Most local businesses will never even know about fiverr. Plus like others said, you get what you pay for. It gives more value to your product/service when you charge more. You don't want to work with a client that wants a website for 5 bucks! The cheap business owners are always a pain in the butt. |

Honestly, I don't think so. They can offer even lower than 5$ if they want, but base on my experience, it is soooo difficult to get a "real" deal over Fiverr... Sometimes, too good to be true... Just my opinion... Mary
