Share on:

Hey guys I recently purchased WillR local video pages and I was wondering on what text message service is the best to sell clients?

I would appreciate if someone can link me to one that has been working fine and that is affordable.

Thanks for the help everyone.

I have used OpenVBX with Twilio for over a year now and love it. Its free and extremely customizeable. I also purchased that WSO and use the audio file in that WSO as a demo within my mobile website. Prospective client just needs to tap on an icon to call the number to hear the SMS demo message. The flow sends back a message to their phone and stores the number too. Its such an easy way to demo the whole system for a prospective client.

There's various services out there so I recommend that you do your research.

Funny that -- it lists Trumpia as number 3. I could point you to plenty of similar pages that don't even list Trumpia at all.

I guess it's just coincidence that's the page you show everyone, right?

It's getting harder and harder getting real answers on WF.

A lot are WSO sellers.
A lot are repeating common knowledge without having experience themselves.
Some are promoting their own service.

A few give straight answers. Thanks for being in that category WillR.

Rob,

I hear you. Being the mod of this section I see it all. Fortunately most of the guys here for the sole purpose of peddling their own gear don't last very long though.

My piece of advice. If you ever hear people recommending very specific products or services and they are only new to the forum, more often than not that's a product or service they are affiliated with. Sad but true.

As with everything, make sure you always do your own research before purchasing any product or service. There are a lot of good products out there but there's also a lot of crap. It just comes with the territory.
