Share Your Legal Issues or Bad Experiences While Running Your Business

Has anyone experienced legal issues, customers suing you or nightmare stories.

I want to hear them before I get started in my Mobile Marketing Business.

Example, I just heard today that an accident victim is suing not only the distracted driver who crashed into him but also his girlfriend who sent the text message. Only in America...

Shoemoney recomends that you have your town and state on the front page of your website. He has his in the footer of one and in the banner of another. He does this so he can use the local courts if he has to sue, which he has, for copyright violations. If you don't have your state / town promemtly displayed and you have to take someone to court you may have to go where they are.

You can get anything you want if you help enough other people get what they want.

I'm not talking about your customers. I live in Texas. If someone in Oregon steals my content, desgn, ect. I don't want to have to go to Oregon to take them to court. I would much rather make them come to Texas. I couldn't find the oeiginal article.

If you continue to do things like this to avoid prospecting for new business then you won't have any business law problems to worry about.
