Mobile Website Sales Strategies- What's Working or Not Working!
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Let's share the best ways to market mobile websites with this thread!
I personally like the KISS technique- Keep It Simple Stupid.

So, how are those having success:
1- reaching prospects?
2- presenting to only the Interested Prospects (after weeding out the Suspects!)?
3- turning these interested prospects into PAYING CLIENTS?

I believe that emailing the businesses that have no mobile website is best to find those that are open.
Then sending them a mock-up with a time-sensitive offer to get them into action. Of course, after the stated expiration of the offer, following up (perhaps to remind them and extend the offer for 24 hours)

How do you like to present the offer? I think giving a discount with a one-time purchase price ($499 for ex.) including 1 full year of hosting and maintenance works well.
Can also offer the option of $349 for example, plus a monthly hosting/maintenance fee ($40/mo for ex.) can work even better.

Do most of you find it best to give just 1 option or 2 options?
Also, how do you include your Call-To-Action? I know some put a PayPal link in their email with the mock mobile website. Some put a PayPal and/or Credit Card button.
*Other strategies to get the prospect to take action and you to get paid, please share.

What are your strategies as far as prospecting and pricing?

Of course, after selling and gaining the client, this will be the door opener for future upsells- SMS Text Marketing, Social Media, etc etc).

All tips and strategies from the field are welcome!

What makes you believe that sending unsolicited e-mail offers is "best"?

Why do you call yourself, mobilebusinessads when you don't know what you're talking about. Do like everyone does and READ THE FORUM!!!

It seems you bought a course and trying to make it as your own. We are Warriors, not puppets.

@ beeswarn- where did you read "unsolicited"? There are ways to send emails without them being seen as "unsolicited".

@Always-A-Warrior - Not sure about your name- Warriors are on the same team- looking to help out and give advice. I could think of some better ones for you. I guess you get off on making snide remarks - looking for posts to 'pick' at with no grounds to do so...Maybe you had a bad weekend or day? Why would you even reply at all? Look, I'm sure you have all the answers and know-it-all... Try to add this value- you don't know me or what I know- so, I suggest the old saying- if you don't have anything nice to say, then just don't say anything at all. And you DO sound like a follower, who does what all the others do- nice quality! Who is the real puppet here?? Thanks for your contribution.
