Turn/Wrap Mobile Site into Native App?

Anyone know if you can create a mobile site and then wrap that mobile site into a native app? If so, what programs/sites/software do you use to accomplish this?

You can create a mobile site in many ways. One of the easiest is to use a template that already exists and modify it to suit your needs.

To turn that mobile website into an app there are a number of services that will do this for you very easily.

In my view you have to pay up to get a really well running app, we have tried shortcut software and it always came up short.
