You can do that, but becarefull they DONT find out cause you will ruin your name!

Best is to set up 2 different businesses then with NO strings between them specially if you want lawyers as clients :p

Yes, we can charge a lawyer $995. As his clients pay him that much money but if you charge a small pizza shop that much he will refuse as he is not getting that much that he need to buy a mobile website.
You priceing may vary as per the clients business.

Just as shady as all Global Companies do. They sell a brand A for price X and create a brand b for a price x.
Same ingredients - different labels!

That's called marketing

Sure and you can justify it by giving the lawyer a couple pf extra pages or a fancier design. Of you get a pizza shop a new customer they make an extra $30. The lawyer gets $100s. The lawyer's site is worth several times what the pizza's site is worth. Charge what you're worth.

You can get anything you want if you help enough other people get what they want.

Mike you should have different pricing for different industries, what might make sense for one type of business simple won't for another.

Nothing shady about charging based on value and ROI to your client.

Charge based on the product you are offering rather than the service they are providing. It's fine to charge one business more than another if they have different requirements for their mobile site.
